. A break from Monday to Friday is all you need for such a wonderful Hungarian getaway. You might not believe it, but you can actually get quite a lot done in just those few days.
· Day 1 – How you get to Hungary is entirely up to you. The trip will definitely tire you out a bit, so you’ll likely just explore the hotel and enjoy the hotel pool or sauna that day. Then you’ll look forward to dinner, and your first day will be over.

· Day 2 – It’s great to visit the thermal park. Both kids and adults will have a blast there. The kids can let loose on the attractions designed for them, and you can soak up the therapeutic benefits in the thermal pool. Of course, there are also non-therapeutic warm pools and swimming pools. If you get tired of both, you can go sunbathe on a lounge chair, grab a bite to eat at the nearby stand, and then hop back in the water. The all-day admission is definitely worth it.
· Day 3 – I definitely recommend visiting Lake Hévíz, which is Europe’s largest thermal lake. The lake has healing effects on both the mind and body. The surrounding environment and the plants in the lake create a beautiful atmosphere. They’ve even set up a children’s pool with a slide for the kids. As for food, you don’t have to settle for fries with tartar sauce—you can actually enjoy a proper meal.

· Day 4 – One thing you absolutely must not miss in Hungary is Lake Balaton, the largest lake in Central Europe. I probably don’t even need to go into detail about it. Around Lake Balaton, you’ll find many stalls selling everything from food to toys and clothing. In some areas, you might even come across a fair. You can also rent a pedal boat or sailboat here, or go for a boat ride.
· Day 5 – On the last day, you can enjoy the hotel pool one last time before heading home. Of course, on your way out of Hungary, you can stop in one of the larger Hungarian cities. There, you can visit a shopping center, compare prices, buy Hungarian products, or just treat yourself for fun.
After this 5-day trip, you’ll definitely feel a change for the better, and you’ll wish you could stay in that warm pool forever and never return to reality and its problems.
I believe Hungary will be a rich experience for you, and you’ll remember it fondly.
